The fact that small businesses can have big ambitions has been demonstrated over the past fifteen years by Gidro Stanko Servis Limited Liability Company. Mastering the production of goods and products for industrial use allows the Navoi enterprise to act as an equal partner to large domestic businesses.

At one time, a part-time graduate of the Bukhara Technological Institute of Food and Light Industry (now the Bukhara Engineering and Technical Institute of High Technologies) with a degree in mechanical engineering Bakhtiyor Khamraev, who has rich professional experience as a welder in the shops of the Navoi Construction Department, the production association "Navoi machine-building plant "NMMC and a short-term manager in commercial production structures, subtly caught the market situation, where there was a large field of activity for enterprises specializing in metalworking.

With personal savings and a large bank loan, he bought lathes and drilling machines in the capital, built a production building, and in 2007 founded a business - a production and commercial enterprise. Thanks to a serious attitude to business and a team of like-minded professionals, without feeling much competition, the company from the very beginning firmly established itself in the regional business.

- In the year of the establishment of the enterprise, there were only five types of industrial products in the assortment line, the total output was 100 million soums, the number of employees was twelve people, - says B. Khamraev. - On the basis of a production and commercial enterprise, we gradually launched the production of goods and products for industrial use, mainly for enterprises in the mining, oil and gas and chemical industries, as well as for small businesses.

The capabilities of our company have significantly increased largely due to the fact that in 2010 we joined the program for the localization of finished products, components and materials on the basis of industrial cooperation. At the same time, we took the first step towards the development and strengthening of inter-industry and intra-industry industrial cooperation with the giants of the mining, oil and gas, chemical, cement industries, domestic energy and put on a serial production line the production of a number of mining equipment.

All finished products have proven themselves well at the industrial sites of the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine (now - NMMC JSC). As a result, the enterprise acquired the image of a reliable customer and a large package of orders from the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Plant and subcontractors from the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Plant, with which, among our other business partners, close cooperative ties have been established today.

At one time, by order of JSC "Kizilkumcement", the hydraulic system of the kiln was repaired. With a powerful blanking shop and equipped production base, which allows us to provide additional technological design development services, highly qualified specialists of our company strive to optimize the process of spare parts production as much as possible. This contributes to the speed of order fulfillment and reduction of material costs in the manufacture of finished products.

Today, within the framework of intersectoral cooperation with numerous leading industrial enterprises of the republic, including Dekhkanabad Potash Plant JSC, Uzmetkombinat JSC, O'zEraeCable JV, Tahiyatosh IES JSC, O'zenergota'minlash JSC and others, have localized the production of more than 100 units and over a thousand items of spare parts. As a result, in 2021 alone, we saved $12.1 million in hard currency.

In "Gidro Stanko Servis" LLC, the ideas of the authors of non-standard structures and units are implemented thanks to the competent and accurate work of the company's designers-technologists. And as a clear result, over the past three years, we have mastered the production of more than 30 types of spare parts and components for industrial use, including covers and shafts for automotive generators, rods and fasteners for SBSh-250 drilling rigs, and industrial pumps. The volume of industrial production doubles every year. For comparison: in 2021, products worth 94.5 billion soums were produced, in the six months of this year - 80.4 billion soums.

According to B. Khamraev, in recent years, designers and technologists of Gidro Stanko Servis LLC have been working to localize the production of ball mills, pumps of the NSh type and other types. According to preliminary calculations, in 2023 the volume of industrial production will amount to 500 billion soums, additional jobs will be created.
